CrossFit

The heart of Back East lies within our CrossFit group classes. CrossFIt combines a variety of movements including cardio, gymnastics, power lifting and olympic weightlifting. Additionally we offer separate programs that specifically focus on endurance, strength training, and olympic weightlifting. These programs cater to those looking to focus on a particular training goal.

Nutrition

Most fad diets don't work because they set you up for a short term goal by restricting foods you normally eat. This never works! We teach you how to reach your goal and maintain it for life! We give you a way to eat that works with your existing lifestyle. Our program will teach you how to navigate the balance between eating in a way to meet your goals by using the food you already eat!

Individual Coaching

CrossFit always offers a personal touch during our classes. Despite there being one coach for the class you wouldn't know it due to the 1 on 1 attention you receive. Not ready for this style of coaching? No problem! We offer a 1:1 program to better prepare you for our group setting. Choose 3, 6, 9 or 12 one hour sessions! Looking for more specific training? We have that too! Each of our coaches is available for personal training to help you prepare for any sport or event you need specific training for!
